This report is being filed to comply with Federal Communications Commission
Rules providing the following information for the period of September 22, 2010 to September 21, 2011 for
Station KMCR (FM), Montgomery City, Missouri. According to Federal Communications Commission EEO
rules, this station employment unit is not subject to formal outreach and recruitment requirements as
fewer than five full-time persons are employed.
Supplemental Outreach Initiatives and
Activities
A: Chirillo Electronics, Inc. participated in a scholarship program in
conjunction with the International Broadcasters Idea Bank and SESAC which awarded a $7500.00 scholarship award to a
college student attending a U.S. College or University who is seeking a degree in Broadcast-Related programs.
Some of the programs included degrees in Mass Media, Communication, Journalism, Advertising or
Music.
B: Chirillo Electronics, Inc. participates in the Missouri Broadcasters
Association Scholarship Deserving students receive financial aid to assist them in attaining the training and
expertise required to become valuable employees in Missouri's broadcasting industry. The annual deadline for

C: Chirillo Electronics, Inc. has an ongoing program which allows area
school students who are interested in the broadcast industry to "shadow" station personnel. Each year,
students from various schools throughout the listening area have an opportunity to obtain a real life perspective
of day-to-day operations in a radio station and careers available.
D: Continued to air weekly announcements encouraging those who are
interested in a broadcast related career to contact us.
E: Continued to air weekly announcements encouraging the help of local
organizations in referring qualified applicants to our stations. These announcements inform organizations
that wish to receive our job vacancy information to contact us.
F: On March 22, 2011, KMCR Operations Manager Pat McChristy assisted the
Tiger Cub Scouts Pack 49 of Montgomery City, MO by providing a tour of the radio station and discussed operations
in general, including various career opportunities available at a radio station. This opportunity allowed the
scouts to receive their media badge.
G: On April 26, 2011, KMCR Operations Manager Pat McChristy attended a Career
Day hosted by the Montgomery City, MO Elementary School. The theme for this years event was "Careers On Wheels."
During the event, McChristy presented a 15 minute overview of various careers available at a radio station,
educational requirements and more. Throughout the day, McChristy presented a total of 7 - 15 minute
sessons.
