KMCR EEO Report

This report is being filed to comply with Federal Communications Commission Rules providing the following information for the period of September 22, 2011 to September 21, 2012 for Station  KMCR (FM), Montgomery City, Missouri.  According to Federal Communications Commission  EEO rules, this station employment unit is not subject to formal outreach and recruitment requirements as fewer than five full-time persons are employed.

Supplemental Outreach Initiatives and Activities

A:  Chirillo Electronics, Inc. participates in the Missouri Broadcasters Association Scholarship Deserving students receive financial aid to assist them in attaining the training and expertise required to become valuable employees in Missouri's broadcasting industry. B:  Chirillo Electronics, Inc. has an ongoing program which allows area school students who are interested in the broadcast industry to "shadow" station personnel.  Each year,  students from various schools throughout the listening area have an opportunity to obtain a real life perspective of day-to-day operations in a radio station and careers available. 

C:  Continued to air weekly announcements encouraging those who are interested in a broadcast related career to contact us.

D:  Continued to air weekly announcements encouraging the help of local organizations in referring qualified applicants to our stations.  These announcements inform organizations that wish to receive our job vacancy information to contact us.
